Dr. Maria Keller did her undergraduate studies at UCLA. She then went to medical school at the University of Illinois graduating in 1993. She completed her residency training in

Obstetrics and Gynecology at the King-Drew Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA in 1997, where she was elected Chief Resident. While there, Dr. Keller received extensive training in high risk obstetrics and gynecology including advanced surgical training.

After completing her residency training, Dr. Keller worked for Kaiser Permanente in the Pacific Northwest. She moved to Southern Nevada in 2003 and worked for another medical organization in Las Vegas/Henderson. In 2005 she entered into private practice. After a few years in private practice, she found herself busy managing her medical practice and raising her two daughters.

In 2008 Dr. Keller became very interested in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) after her mother developed metastatic lung cancer while taking a synthetic hormone she was prescribing to her. It was around the same time that she met a naturopathic doctor who helped her to understand the role of nutrition for disease prevention and hormone optimization. She began taking multiple educational courses in Functional Medicine and BHRT, outside of the mainstream training she had received. From here she developed the concept of LiveAgelessly, getting older without feeling older.

After over a decade of experiencing the joys of obstetrical care, Dr. Keller began to limit her practice to gynecology, allowing her to focus more in an area she felt was not being well addressed by the busy rigors of an OB/GYN practice.  This allows her the ability to spend time with patients in a more relaxed environment and focus on wellness and preventative care. The knowledge she has gained from her L

iveAgelessly patients continues to advance her knowledge and understanding of the many issues that bring women to a gynecologist, giving her insight on non-invasive treatment options for common gynecologic concerns of women.

Dr. Keller has extensive experience as a physician and her life experiences give her the ability to relate well to the many life and female health challenges that women navigate through at different stages of life. GyneCare, was created by Dr. Keller as she no longer wanted to name her practice after herself, but after the type of care she provides, gynecologic care.  Some of the most valuable education Dr. Keller has received over the years has come from her own experiences as a woman and a mother and especially from her patients who have taught her the most. From menstrual disorders, fertility concerns and contraceptive options, breast health and genetic risks to menopause, she has the medical knowledge and empathy and under

standing that comes from being a woman who also happens to also be a gynecologist.  Dr. Keller takes an investigative approach to your health concerns and she looks forward to working with you on health challenges and goals.

Dr. Keller takes an inclusive approach to health care and believes in incorporating nutrition, fitness and mind-body medicine in her treatment plans for patients. Investigating the root causes of female health problems is the goal, not just treating symptoms. Dr. Keller incorporates complimentary approaches to care when it makes sense, but she also knows when a traditional treatment option is better for the patient. The goal is individualized care based on what suits a patient’s needs, lifestyle and desires.

Dr. Keller is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecology (FACOG) and is licensed to practice medicine by the State of Nevada.
